Array Pipeline

Array Pipeline is an integrated laboratory information management system (LIMS) and analysis pipeline for CGH-microarrays. The system is web-based, using the MySQL database engine and Perl CGI, and can be easily installed and configurable for serving by most operating systems. Array Pipeline is designed to satisfy all of the sample-tracking and data management requirements of a CGH-microarray laboratory, supporting the manufacturing, data collection and analysis processes in a single database solution. It has been developed in partnership with the PerlMAT project, and the links on this page are common to both PerlMAT and Array Pipeline.
